Crimping/clinching are essential processes to ensure a thin interlock between the edges of the metal sheet, but in order to ensure the operation is performed correctly, with as little wear on the tools involved in the operation as possible, suitable products which have been tested for this purpose need to be used. To ensure the expected performance, all the products used for this operation are tested and approved by the leading manufacturers of machines that perform these operations, including TOX.
All this through the ongoing use of eco-friendly, renewable plant-based products, formulated to safeguard the health of the operators because we are looking for formulations that are free from PAHs (petroleum derivatives that are potentially carcinogenic to humans), PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl), PCTS (polychlorinated terphenyls), and heavy hydrocarbons (C 10- C40).
